REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  1. The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  2. The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  3. The product includes all original accessories, manuals, and invoice.

Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or customer negligence will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  3. Items purchased on clearance or special discount (unless defective)
  4. Products damaged after delivery

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share clear photos or videos as proof of damage.
  3. Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  1. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  2. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  3. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer product exchanges subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, you may choose a refund or an alternative product.

6. Return Shipping

  1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
